Who We Are

A French Kitchen with A Southern Touch

Our Menu

We take great care in choosing our ingredients because they inspire our menu. Our beef comes from Texas cows that are sustainably raised, farm fed and hormone free. Our pork is 100% organic from Texas pigs that roam free, eating what they were created to eat. Most of our produce is from CSA-certified farms and organic whenever possible. This attention to quality and support of local businesses makes a difference in the freshness, quality and flavor of every dish we make.

Our Bar

The brainchild of Alex Fletcher and Michaela Camm, the beautiful RM 12:20 Bistro bar is a destination. Winning numerous accolades and at the helm of acclaimed restaurants, the duo tailored our bar menu seasonally with signature craft cocktails, French and U.S. wines, fine bubblies, and local and craft beers.

Nestled in the heart of Lake Highlands, RM 12:20 Bistro is thoughtfully designed to take guests out of the hustle and bustle of Dallas to a refreshingly different pace, more akin to a small town in France.
